About Ocean Isle Beach, NC - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Often referred to as the "Gem of the Brunswick Islands," Ocean Isle Beach is a small seaside town located on the coastal corridor between Myrtle Beach, SC and Wilmington, NC. The community takes up the entire Ocean Isle Beach barrier island, extending five miles from Tubbs Inlet to Shallotte Inlet on its east. About 550 people call this Brunswick County town home, and with access to the Atlantic Intercostal Waterway, the community is a major tourist attraction with numerous rental beach houses available.

Visitors to Ocean Isle Beach will have a variety of things to see and do throughout their stay. Enjoy the beach by taking a surf lesson, or check out the sea turtles with e Ocean Isle Beach Sea Turtle Protection Organization. The Museum of Coastal Carolina is a great learning experience for visitors of all ages, and adrenaline junkies may like to check out the zip line tours and ropes course at Shallotte River Swamp Park & Outdoor Center. If you are visiting the community in mid-October you won’t want to miss the North Carolina Oyster Festival, which features live entertainment, craft vendors, food, and an oyster shucking competition.

The weather in Ocean Isle Beach is one of the reasons that the community is so popular, especially during the summer months. High temperatures tend to range from the upper 80s to the lower 90s, but the mugginess in the air can make it feel even warmer. While the area experiences sunshine on most days, thunderstorms can push into the area and may be severe, including tropical cyclones. When residents are stuck indoors during these hot and humid months, an air conditioning unit is a necessity.

Temperatures will cool off during the winter months, but the season tends to be short and mild. Average highs may reach the low 60s, but temperatures will fall into the 30s overnight. Your HVAC repair professional can help you to find the right home heating system to stay comfortable during these months and can provide the periodic maintenance that you need to protect your investment.
